IBM Quantum Platform outage
On 28-29 May, degraded performance impacted Qiskit Runtime instance provisioning, job submission, and Platform UI functionality. The issue has been identified, and mitigation steps are in place.
During recovery, the job queue will temporarily appear as zero until full service functionality is restored.
