Converts seconds in a datetime delta to a duration.
Parameters
seconds (float) – Number of seconds in time delta.
Return type
Tuple[int, int, int, int, int]
Returns
A tuple containing the duration in terms of days, hours, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds.
