Downtime during network upgrade

We will be performing a network upgrade in our datacenters. As a result, the following quantum computers will become unavailable during the following hours:

• 8 July @ 8:30AM-1PM EDT: ibm_brisbane, ibm_fez, ibm_marrakesh, ibm_sherbrooke, ibm_torino
• 8 July @ 8:30AM-4:30PM EDT: ibm_kingston
• 15 July @ 8:00AM-10:00AM EDT: ibm_strasbourg, ibm_brussels, ibm_aachen

You will experience extended queue times during the maintenance periods.
