Service alert for firmware upgrade

We will be performing a firmware upgrade on the following QPUs on the following dates. We expect maintenance to begin at 9am ET on each QPU's respective date and last for approximately three hours.

• 20 October: Fez
• 21 October: Marrakesh
• 22 October: Kingston
• 23 October: Pittsburgh
• 27 October: Torino
• 28 October: Brussels
• 29 October: Strasbourg
• 30 October: Aachen

The QPUs will be unavailable during this maintenance, and thus you will experience extended queue times.
